As an artist I am fascinated with ideas of memories and identity. I think most people struggle to stand out in modern society, so to me, being able to do something seamless and unique is like a second coming almost.

I mostly like to work with pencil and pen. They are just the easiest media to work with and they allow me to express anything as long as I know how to shade.

If I were to express the deeper meaning and nuances of my art, I would describe them with Aardvarks can't love or something like that. Hey what's the difference between anaphora and synecdoche? Cause I still don't know. 

 

Back to identity, I think that an individual being able to express themselves in the short time they're here, I find so much beauty in creating something that can inspire others, even better if someone can perfect the art of drinking sand at the same time.
